A restaurant with a good reputation is usually where we find good food. Elegance is no exception to this rule of thumb.
The shrimp rice rolls were very delicious and came in 4 instead of 3 rolls. The yummy sui mai included large chunks of shrimp and were topped with fish eggs. The har gow tasted sooo good. The congee with ribs was the largest I received for dim sum; it was thick and taste was average.
The decor is very good. Service is prompt & efficient. Elegance is a recommended and repeat place. -

This used to be a good restaurant. However, quality declined over the years. Many items smell like they expired the last time we visited. We returned multiple items to the kitchen. We were very disappointed in our experience and would not return.
I would not recommend Elegance Chinese Cuisine to anyone. -

We had booked two tables for a birthday dinner. Not our typical place but everyone wanted to try someplace different-so uncharted waters here...
Service was excellent-our assigned server was really good, polite and prompt! The food was actually pretty good across all dishes. Fresh ingredients, well prepared and cooked.
Nothing "special" in terms of the "extras" you will get at some of the more expensive (or over the top) Chinese places. A decent dining experience for sure. -

Great place for dimsum. I come here with my family sometimes. There's an early bird special before 11am. There's parking underground in this small complex. The ordering system is through ticking off items on a paper instead of the rolling carts, which I actually prefer.

I came here on a Tuesday night for dinner with my family around 7:30 PM and it was quiet with only 3 tables at the time including us, our table had 6 people. This is located in the plaza on Warden and Gibson in the same plaza Chatime and Dagu noodles.
Service was good always kept our plates cleared of bones which was good. Our server kept coming over to make sure our tea was topped up with hot water and making sure we didn't need anything else.
We ordered a set menu which costs $168 during the weekdays and $198 on the weekend. This menu included a steamed winter melon soup, steamed fish, steamed chicken, stir fried pork jowl with peppers, stir fried beef and mushrooms. There was also an option to add a crab hotpot with vermicelli for an additional $30 or so. The soup was very good tasting but I found that there was not a whole lot of ingredients put in it like other restaurants. The steamed fish was a good size but I don't think it was 1.5lbs as advertised in their menu perfectly cooked and not too salty. The chicken dish was half a chicken and tasted good. The 2 meat dishes I found was really oily cooked with way too much oil and portion size was really small for a dish that was included in a menu that costs $168. The crab was small but a lot of vermicelli was used, also the meat dishes didn't have much meat in it mostly veggies.
We had to add 4 additional dishes on top of the set menu. We ordered a salty fish and chicken fried rice, an oyster hotpot with mushrooms, fish and winter melon hotpot, and a deep fried smelt with beans. Again I have the same complaint their portion is really small and both hotpot dish had an inch thick of oil.
First and last time coming here nothing Elegant about this restaurant. Our bill was over $300. Save your money.
